Lori Wyzard


Since 1991, Lori has been Owner and Chief Executive Officer of Bay Area Floors and Design. Over the years, Lori has overseen all aspects of the business and makes certain every client is satisfied with their experience and outcome. Her top priority is to create a positive and memorable environment for every guest. She focuses on maintaining a family presence while balancing a level of professionalism throughout the store. Lori spends her free time traveling with her family and participating in community events.

Braun Wyzard

Operations Manager

Braun was raised in the flooring industry and has spent his career managing the family business. After graduating with a Business Degree, Braun took a full time position in operations and accounting. He has spent the past five years establishing and developing his position as Operations Manager. On the weekends, Braun enjoys quality time with his family and taking care of his dogs.

Bryan McDade

Project Manager

Bryan has a background in the construction field, which allows him to identify what products work best for every space and lifestyle. He is also a commercial fisherman, which drives him to effectively manage his time under pressure and fast-approaching deadlines. Bryan prides himself in providing exceptional customer service by making sure the job gets done and that it is satisfactory. On his spare time he enjoys spending time with his children, fishing, and home projects.

Stephen Van Zant

Project Manager

Stephen has been in the flooring business for the majority of his career. He understands how the industry works and has a vast knowledge for the flooring products. Stephen has a direct and technical approach making him an ideal representative for the consumer. His main focus is to make the process as simple as possible by guiding and informing the customer while managing the installation process. Stephen loves to golf and to spend time with his family.

Tim McKevitt

Project Manager

Tim has collectively worked in the flooring industry for 20 years. He takes pride in providing excellent customer service by educating the consumer, and following up on the status as well as the end product. He is detail oriented, which allows him to find what product will fulfill the customer’s needs and expectations. His ultimate goal is to make the customer’s experience as stress-free as possible. Tim has a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing with a minor in business from University of Oregon and is an Oregon Duck’s fan. He enjoys spending time with his loved ones and friends.

Jackie Campbell

Designing Intern

Jackie has a degree in Administration of Justice followed by a background in communications and marketing. Her diverse education and experiences have equipped her with the tools to problem solve and work efficiently with others. She takes pride in her ability to provide excellent customer service by helping guide customers through the process alongside a Project Manager. In her spare time, Jackie enjoys volunteer work and spending time with her friends and family.

Mckayla Ochoa

Marketing / Designing Intern

McKayla has a background in sales, business administration, and marketing. She grew up in Southern California and moved to the Bay Area after completing her education. She focuses on current marketing strategies, customer service, and sales in-training. Her main goal is to expand the store’s presence in the community. In her free time, she loves to spend time with her family and to play music.

Thomas Furman

Warehouse Supervisor

Thomas “Tommy” has been with Bay Area Floors and Design for three years. He is a Bay Area native who has a background in guest experience. He is currently responsible for all aspects surrounding our warehouse and everyday functions. He works diligently to make certain everything runs smoothly and accurately. He takes pride in his role to ensure the guest’s experience is met to the highest standard. Tommy enjoys spending his weekends exploring the Bay Area with friends and family.
